CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience in building and infrastructure works.
• Effective site management skills, dynamic, possess own transport and able to monitor various project/sites.
• Good knowledge of pre-contract administration, cost estimation, tendering and post contract management.
• Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with the compliance to relevant rules, regulations, code of practice and authority submissions and approvals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, independent, self-discipline and hardworking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise of all construction works on site on daily basis and ensure works are completed within work schedule and according to specifications and requirements set.
• Pre-contract administration, cost estimation, tendering and post contract management.
• Liaise and coordinate with project stakeholders including contractors, consultant, local authority & etc.
• Monitoring and checking quality and quantity of all tools, equipment, consumables and project materials delivered to site as well as controlling proper usage for all construction materials.
• Ensure sub-contractors workmanship quality meet with consultant’s drawings and specifications.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly site progress report and workers attendance report.
