QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in related field.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Project & AutoCAD would be and added advantage.
• Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
-- Perform full QS function from estimation, handling claims and contract administration.

• Responsible for tender preparation, site quantity measurement, site valuation and to prepare site progress claim.
• Carry out general contract administration and ensure all paperwork are in place during pre and post contract stage.
• Evaluate claims by subcontractor & prepare payment cert for subcontractors.
• Well cost control on tendering and project run.
• Coordinate and monitor work among working teams making sure all job done are accurate and meet requirements.
• Coordinate with site team in administering contractual matters, such as variation order, project cost control, project budgeting and estimation.
• Communicate well with consultant, contractor and government authorities.
