Job Details
- Assist the sales team in promoting Emart Residences serviced apartments and supporting daily sales activities.
- Handle basic customer enquiries and provide introductory information about the project under the guidance of the sales team.
- Prepare and organize sales materials, brochures, presentations, and project information for customers.
- Assist in organizing and participating in roadshows, property exhibitions, open houses, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introduce the project, follow up on enquiries, and arrange appointments.
- Assist with market surveys, competitor research, and data collection to understand customer preferences and property market trends.
- Collect, update, and organize customer information and relevant documentation.
- Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and appointment arrangements.
- Observe and learn the property purchasing process, including Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), loan eligibility checks, and related documentation.
