INSPECTOR OF WORK – CIVIL & STRUCTURAL (C&S)

The Inspector of Work – Civil & Structural shall be responsible for supervising and inspecting all civil and structural
work on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements and applicable local
regulations.

• Supervise piling, foundation, substructure and superstructure works.
• Inspect reinforcement works, formwork installation and concrete casting.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specification.
• Review and comment on method statements and shop drawings.
• Witness materials testing and structural tests.
• Maintain inspection records and daily site reports.
• Coordinate technical meetings with Contractor and Design Consultant

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Age preferably between 35-45 years old
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant construction supervision experience.
• Experience in high-rise residential project preferred.
• Good knowledge of local building codes and structural standards.
• Ability to interpret structural drawing independently.
• Full-time site-based position

• Experience working with China Contractors is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
