FORKLIFT DRIVER

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM and above
• Physical requirement
• Ability to operate powered industrial machinery
• Able to identify products defects and quality according to quality plan
• Able to practice housekeeping and cleanliness under 5s requirement
• Able to work independently and report works progressively

Responsibilities:

• Clean and check vehicle in daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Daily working output recording and reporting
• Finished goods and raw material internal
• Housekeeping at workplace and practicing 5S system
• Raw material receiving inspection, recording and handling
• Responsible for product loading and quantity check before customer delivery
• Responsible for product packaging and identification before customer delivery
• Scrap and disposal items handling
• Service and maintain Factory Vehicle (Forklift/Lorry) in regularly basic
