Requirement:

• Minimum SPM
• Healthy Physical and Mental

• Physical fitness required
• Committed, self-disciplined, punctuality and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Carry out office & factory building defect inspection, including Lighting, power socket and cable, water and pipeline, flooring and walkway, wall and ceiling, window, and access condition.
• Perform building maintenance, repairing and services (plumbing and piping fitting, Electrical power and socket installation, carpentry, and painting work)
• To support staff/visitor activities and events
• Workplace greenery, landscaping maintaining & management
• Able to carry out immediate action on daily tasks and duties.
• Carry out 5S housekeeping system and recycling activities according to [5S Task List]
