MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering and related field
• Fresh graduates encourage to apply
• Male encouraged to apply
• Knowledge in machinery control and automation
• Knowledge in machinery working mechanism for production operation
• Able to work under deadline requirement and good in time management
• Able to practise housekeeping and cleanliness under 5S requirement

Responsibilities:

• Electricity breakdown/power outage emergency response
• Evaluate subordinate performance and training needs
• Follow-up machine inspection finding
• Item consumption /distribution monitoring/analysis
• Machine minor parts fixing and replacement
• Machine/Engineering installation and commissioning
• Machinery breakdown repairing and operation troubleshooting
• Perform basic building maintenance (Plumbing, electrical, carpentry and paiting works
• Perform weekly/monthly production, PM & PdM maintenance checking & inspection
• Report preparation for job scope performance (in daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis
• Workplace safety inspection, analysis, and improvement.
