CONTRACT MANAGER

Requirements:
 

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
• Familiar with variation orders, extension of time (EOT), claims, interim payments and final accounts.
• Good understanding of contractual terms, project documentation and applicable.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
 

• Manage and administer construction contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and monitor contractual obligations, rights and deliverables.
• Prepare, review and manage claims, variations, EOT applications and contractual notices.
• Monitor project costs, payments, variations and commercial risks.
• Review and verify subcontractor contracts, claims, invoices and supporting documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters.
