JUNIOR / SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements:
 

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction/civil engineering industry. 
• Good knowledge of quantity measurement, costing, tendering and contract administration.
• Familiar with Bill of Quantities (BQ), interim claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel; knowledge of QS software is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project/site teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
 

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BQ, tender documents and quotation.
• Measure and verify completed works at site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and verify interim payment claims and progress payments.
