SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:
 

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management, construction methods and site operation.
• Familiar with project scheduling, cost control, quality assurance and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management/scheduling software.

Responsibilities:
 

• Lead and manage the overall planning, execution and completion of construction project.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to Management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts and relevant regulations.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to project and site personnel.
• *Monitor site progress and resolve technical, contractual and operational issues.
• Manage project risks, variations, claims and changes throughout the project.
