SENIOR SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER (SHO)(SRI AMAN)
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
Must possess a valid Green Book (registered with DOSH) 
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction safety (preferably senior level) 
Strong knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations (OSHA) 
Able to lead and supervise safety team on site 
Strong communication and reporting skills 
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure 
Willing to be based at project site (Baleh / Sarawak) 
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and enforce full site safety & health compliance 
Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures 
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments 
Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions 
Investigate accidents, incidents, and recommend corrective actions 
Prepare monthly safety reports and submit to management/client 
Ensure compliance with DOSH requirements and legal regulations 
Monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure safe working practices 
Maintain all safety documentation and audit records
