QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER (QA & QC)
AREA KOTA SAMARAHAN & KUCHING
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction workmanship and quality.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Identify defects and non-conforming works and follow up.
Conduct pre-handover inspections. 
Monitor defect and carry out re-inspections.
Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on quality matters.
Assist in monitoring defects during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related field.
Relevant experience in construction QA/QC is preferred.
Good knowledge of construction workmanship and quality requirements.
Able to read and understand construction drawings.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to work independently and conduct regular site inspections.
