IN-HOUSE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Responsibilities:
Design creative marketing materials for the Company’s property development projects.
Prepare artwork for social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, bunting, billboards and other promotional materials.
Create visual content for property launches, roadshows, events and sales campaigns.
Develop and maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
Create and edit social media content, including graphics, photos and short-form videos.
Assist in photography and videography for projects, show units, events and promotional activities.
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign materials.
Handle artwork amendments and ensure materials are completed according to deadlines.
Perform other design and marketing-related duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media or related field.
Knowledge of video editing and social media content creation will be an added advantage.
Creative with a good sense of layout, typography and visual presentation.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
