MACHINERY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Bintawa, Kuching
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspection, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and electrical faults to minimize machine downtime.
Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
Assist with the installation, testing and servicing of machinery and equipment.
Monitor machine performance and promptly report any faults or abnormalities.
Maintain proper maintenance and repair records.
Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and company requirements.
Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good and safe condition.
Perform other maintenance-related or ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
Certificate, Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanics or a related field is   preferred.
Relevant experience in machinery maintenance, repair and troubleshooting is preferred.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery problems independently.
Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
Good problem-solving skills with a hands-on working attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
