2. ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - Bintulu
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, customer statements, and maintain accurate accounts
receivable records.
• Monitor customer payments, allocate receipts accurately, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing, financial reporting, and support audit and documentation requirements.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve billing, payment, and account-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures, and perform any other duties assigned by
Management from time to time.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years accounting experience
• Familiarity with accounting software (Autocount, etc).
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
