QUANTITY SURVEYOR

1. QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Bintulu
Key Responsibilities:
•    Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents. Manage the tendering process, including 
    evaluation and contract negotiations.
•    Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the construction cycle.
•    Assess variations and change orders, and provide cost impact reports.
•    Conduct value engineering and provide cost-saving suggestions without compromising quality. Prepare progress 
    payment claims, interim valuations, and final accounts.
•    Work with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure financial efficiency.
•    Perform site visits to validate work done before payments. Ensure all commercial and contractual risks are 
    properly managed and reported.
Requirements:
•    Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
•    Minimum 1–5 years (for junior/mid-level) or 5–10 years (for senior-level) relevant experience, ideally in 
    Sarawak-based projects.
•    Proficient in AutoCAD Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
