PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Primary Responsibilities:
To provide administrative, coordination, documentation, and reporting support to the Project Execution and
Technical Service teams, ensuring smooth project operations, accurate records, proper communication, and timely
completion of support tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and documentation support for projects and technical services.
o To prepare, update, maintain project and service documents, including all kinds of reports, forms, logs and
letters.
o To manage documentation filling, version control and retrieval.
o Ensure accuracy, completeness and traceability of all records.
Assist in procurement and logistics support
o To prepare purchase requisitions and support procurement documentation.
o Coordinate delivery of materials, tools and consumables to site.
o To maintain simple inventory records.
Support in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) compliance and requirements.
o To maintain HSE documents such as permits, training records and risk assessment forms.
o Support in scheduling safety briefings.
o Ensuring proper filling of safety documentation.
To provide general administrative support to superiors and teams.
o Assist with meeting arrangements, travel coordination and office logistics.
o To handle correspondence, phone calls and simple client communication when required.
o Support preparation of presentations, minutes and internal reports.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree or equivalents in Business Administration or related field.
1–2 years of administrative experience in an engineering or project environment is preferred.
Experience handling documentation or project admin is an advantage.
Applicants may require visit to sites for documentation or coordination tasks.
Requires basic understanding of safety and compliance requirements.
