Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for 
the Company's Management. The successful candidate will ensure timely travel, maintain the assigned vehicle in 
excellent condition, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport the Company's Management to meetings, appointments, business functions, and other   destinations.
Plan the most efficient travel routes while considering traffic and weather conditions.
Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to the daily schedule.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange for servicing, repairs, and maintenance when required.
Monitor vehicle documents, including road tax, insurance, and service schedules, ensuring they remain valid and   up to date.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items when necessary.
Perform basic administrative or dispatch tasks, including delivering documents, parcels, or collecting items as   assigned.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters.
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safe driving practices.
Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, or overtime when required.
Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
Familiar with roads and routes within Sarawak and willing to travel outstation when required.
Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
No criminal record.
