
LOGISTICS ADMIN CLERK - Kuching
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and process delivery orders (DO), delivery schedules, and related logistics documents.
Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and the warehouse team.
Monitor delivery status and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery arrangements and updates.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, transport documents, and logistics files.
Assist in planning delivery routes to improve efficiency.
Monitor vehicle servicing, road tax, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports.
Coordinate with the sales, billing, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Handle customer enquiries related to deliveries.
Support the Logistics Supervisor/Manager with administrative and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
