
03 ADMIN CUM COLLECTION CLERK – Kuching
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the Management Office.
Attend to residents’ and tenants’ enquiries and complaints, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Manage billing, collections, banking transactions, petty cash, and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
Prepare official correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, purchase orders, and maintain proper filing and document management systems.
Assist the Building Manager in the overall administration and operation of the property, and perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Property Management, Accounting, Finance, Office Administration, or other related disciplines.
Minimum two (2) years of working experience in property management, administration, customer service, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, tenants, and stakeholders.
Able to work independently, multitask, and maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail.
