Job Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Management Office and ensure the smooth running of all property management activities.
Supervise and monitor contractors, service providers, and site staff to ensure maintenance, security, cleaning, and other operational services are carried out effectively and in accordance with company standards.
Attend to residents’ and tenants’ enquiries and complaints, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with House Rules, safety requirements, and relevant statutory regulations.
Coordinate preventive maintenance programmes, monitor repairs and refurbishment works, manage procurement activities, and ensure timely completion of operational action plans.
Assist in administrative and financial matters, including billing, collection monitoring, inventory control, reporting, and performing any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Building Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum three (3) years of working experience in property management, building management, facilities management, or related fields.
Good knowledge of the Strata Management Act 2013 and property management practices will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
