
PROJECT MANAGER - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the overall construction project from planning to completion
Oversee and coordinate all matters related to project progress and site operations
Monitor construction schedules, timelines, and daily work progress
Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and workers effectively
Ensure smooth communication between management, consultants, contractors, and clients
Handle project coordination, problem-solving, and site-related issues promptly
Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and project deadlines are achieved
Prepare project reports, work schedules, and progress updates
Manage resources, manpower, and workflow efficiently
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in construction project management
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good leadership and team management abilities
Ability to manage project progress and related construction activities independently
Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiar with construction site operations and project workflows
Able to work closely with different departments and stakeholders
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience handling local construction projects is an advantage
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools is preferred
