SITE ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities
Assist HOD in coordinating construction works
Carry out site setting out and ensure works comply with drawings and specifications
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and client representatives
Prepare site reports and assist in resolving on-site issues
Ensure project work progresses according to schedule and requirements

Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
2–3 years of relevant site experience in building/construction projects
Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as required to support project progress and deadlines
