PLANNER MANAGER

PLANNER MANAGER - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6
Monitor project progress and prepare accurate reports for management
Coordinate with site/project teams to ensure timely project completion
Conduct critical path analysis and identify project risks
Recommend mitigation strategies to minimize delays
Support and mentor junior planners on Primavera P6 best practices

Job Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6
Strong    understanding of    project planning & scheduling methodologies
Experience in resource allocation, progress tracking & delay analysis
Excellent analytical, coordination & communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
