ADMINISTRATION & OPERATIONS) - Kuching (HQ)
Responsibilities:
Assist in attendance monitoring and daily timekeeping administration.
Support leave administration and maintenance of employee records.
Coordinate office maintenance and general administrative matters.
Assist in purchasing and monitoring office supplies and stationery.
Handle documentation, filing, and administrative support for the department.
Liaise with vendors and service providers when required.
Perform other administrative and HR support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good organizational and coordination skills, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Experience in administrative or HR support functions is an advantage.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
