LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT / TALENT MANAGEMENT) - Kuching (HQ)
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating Learning & Development (L&D) programs, training schedules, and employee development initiatives.
Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and maintain training records.
Assist in the administration and coordination of Performance Appraisal exercises.
Prepare and monitor vacancy advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview arrangements and recruitment status.
Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
Provide support in general HR administration and other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good organizational and coordination skills, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Experience in administrative or HR support functions is an advantage.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
