Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal 
candidate will have a strong background in M&E building services, with a specific focus on fire protection, sanitary, 
and plumbing systems. You will play a key role in ensuring our projects are designed, executed, and handed 
over smoothly, safely, and up to the highest engineering standards.
Job Scope:
Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical engineering projects (fire protection systems,   sanitary, and main piping) from conception to completion.
Site Supervision: Oversee site operations, ensuring installation works comply with approved drawings, technical   specifications, and local authority regulations (e.g., BOMBA).
Design & Calculation: Assist in mechanical system design, load calculations, and preparation of shop drawings   and as-built drawings.
Coordination: Liaise closely with clients, main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical   and site issues.
Quality Control: Conduct testing and commissioning (T&C) of systems and ensure all safety protocols are strictly   adhered to on-site.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering field
Knowledge of fire protection systems and plumbing is an advantage
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus
