M&E ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR

M&E ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR
Supervise and coordinate all M&E works on site (electrical, ELV, plumbing & sanitary, firefighting, ACMV/ventilation,  lifts interface, etc.) to meet programme and quality requirements.
Review and check shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and ensure installation follows   approved drawings/specs and authority requirements.
Coordinate M&E works with architectural/structural progress to avoid clashes; manage interfaces (openings, sleeves,   embedment’s, risers, ceiling spaces).
Conduct site inspections for workmanship, testing readiness, and rectification; close out defects/snags.
Plan and witness testing & commissioning (T&C) activities (pressure tests, insulation resistance, earthing, functional   tests, fire alarm cause & effect, pump tests, etc.) and compile records.
Monitor subcontractors’ manpower/productivity, material delivery, and ensure proper storage/handling of   equipment.
Attend coordination/site meetings, liaise with consultants, main contractor/subcons, suppliers, and (when required)   authorities/third-party testers.
Track as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and handover documentation; support CCC/handover readiness.
Prepare daily/weekly reports: progress, issues, RFI/clarifications, T&C schedule, and outstanding items.
Support cost/time control by identifying variations early and assisting PM/QS with evaluation and verification of   completed works.
