PROPERTY SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
Present project details, layout plans, pricing, packages and facilities to potential buyers.
Follow up leads and convert prospects into bookings.
Manage buyer database and update daily lead status.
Assist in social media posting, property listing updates and simple marketing content.
Coordinate with bankers, lawyers, purchasers and external agents.
Assist in roadshows, property fairs and sales gallery activities.
Prepare simple sales reports and competitor market updates.
Requirements:
Experience in property sales, real estate, or customer-facing sales is preferred.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Basic knowledge of social media, Canva or property portals is an advantage.
Able to work weekends when required.
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin preferred.
Experience : 1 – 3 Years
