ASSISTANT ARCHITECT CUM BIM MODELLER - Kuching, Sarawak
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (minimum LAM Part I registered);
Sound understanding of construction and contractual matters;
In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture, basic knowledge of Navisworks, and proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software applications;
Completion of BIM Modelling or BIM Management courses, or holding Autodesk Revit Architecture certification, will be an advantage;
Certificate Professional/Associate will be an advantage;
Sound knowledge of BIM applications in a project’s lifecycle;
Able to multi-task, work in a team, and also independently;
Well-versed in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
At least 2 years working experience in the construction industry.
