RESIDENT ARCHITECT

RESIDENT ARCHITECT  (Based in Belaga, Sarawak)
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia;
Minimum 7 years working experience with at least 4 years site experience;
Good knowledge of construction and contractual matters;
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit Architecture and Navisworks will be an advantage;
Well-versed in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Able to work independently and well-versed in all aspects of project administration, progress monitoring, supervision, and coordination with all construction team members;
Appointment is based on contract.
