INSPECTOR OF WORKS (ARCHITECTURAL)

INSPECTOR OF WORKS (ARCHITECTURAL)  (Based in Belaga, Sarawak)
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Architecture/Building or equivalent qualification;
Registration with Inspector of Works with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia;
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in architectural works supervision, preferably with site experience in large-scale building projects;
Good knowledge of architectural details, materials, specifications, and quality standards;
Familiar with construction drawings, site inspection procedures, and report preparation;
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of BIM software (Autodesk Revit Architecture, Navisworks) will be an advantage;
Able to monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements;
Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Able to work independently on site and liaise with consultants, contractors
Appointment is based on contract.
