Job Details

SALES ENGINEER - Kuching
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and grow client base
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Understand project requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Prepare quotations, costings, and technical proposals
Handle tender submissions and support contract negotiations
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical briefings
Follow up on leads and secure orders to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with Production, QAQC, and Engineering for project alignment
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales (manufacturing, construction, or precast industry preferred)
Able to interpret technical drawings and project specifications
Familiar with tendering process and project coordination
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
