SALES & MARKETING MANAGER - Kuching
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets
Lead and manage sales team performance, KPIs, and pipeline
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Oversee quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations
Monitor market trends and competitors to drive business growth
Ensure alignment between sales commitments and production capacity
Manage customer satisfaction and handle key accounts/issues
Drive branding, marketing campaigns, and company visibility
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales/marketing (manufacturing, construction, or precast industry preferred)
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a team
Strong background in tendering, project sales, and negotiation
Good leadership, communication, and business development skills
Qualification:
Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
