MARKETING EXECUTIVE – 2 VACANCIES
Responsibilities: To plan, coordinate and executive marketing events from proposal stage to post event reporting;
responsible for event concept, social media timeline, manpower planning and execution flow; identify and plan
content angles that attract audience attention and define target audience for each campaign; plan social media
content schedules and work closely with media team to ensure content aligns with event objective; handle sourcing,
purchasing and coordination of membership gifts and merchandise; coordinate logistics to ensure gifts are delivered to
the correct outlets and distributed according to guidelines; brief outlets teams on event objectives, executive steps
and membership initiatives and ensure all outlets understand and follow instructions during campaigns and gift
distribution; confident in presenting ideas and influencing others to follow execution plans; and willing to execute
plans even when facing resistance while maintaining professionalism.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in event management, marketing execution or membership programs. Salary RM3K and above.
Strong coordination, communication and proposal writing skills.
Able to prepare reports and presentations.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Willing to learn and continuously improve event outcomes.
