TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (TRAINER) – 1 VACANCY
Responsibilities: To assess outlet with policy and standard operating procedures (SOP); to train on retail staff to
support skill development; to conduct in-house training session; to maintain accurate training records (attendance,
certifications, and post-training evaluations); to liaise with external training providers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource/Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years working experience in retail operations, training, or coaching roles. Salary RM3K and above.
Possess Train The Trainer (TTT) certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
