PROJECT ARCHITECT

PROJECT ARCHITECT - Bintulu
The Project Architect shall oversee architectural works on site to ensure compliance with design 
intent, approved drawings, quality standards and project specifications.

Review architectural shop drawings and material submissions.
Supervise façade works and finishing works.
Monitor mock-ups and material samples works.
Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural and MEP disciplines.
Manage design changes and site instructions.
Participate in inspections and handover processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Age preferably between 35-45 years old.
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred.
Strong understanding of local building regulations.
Full-time site-based position

Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and finish quality.
Good design coordination skills.
Ability to manage changes and resolve design conflicts.
Experience working with China Contractors is an advantage.
Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
