INSPECTOR OF WORK – CIVIL & STRUCTURAL (C&S) - Bintulu
The Inspector of Work – Civil & Structural shall be responsible for supervising and inspecting all 
civil and structural work on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, 
contract requirements and applicable local regulations.
Supervise piling, foundation, substructure and superstructure works.
Inspect reinforcement works, formwork installation and concrete casting.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specification.
Review and comment on method statements and shop drawings.
Witness materials testing and structural tests.
Maintain inspection records and daily site reports.
Coordinate technical meetings with Contractor and Design Consultant

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
Age preferably between 35-45 years old
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant construction supervision experience.
Experience in high-rise residential project preferred.
Good knowledge of local building codes and structural standards.
Ability to interpret structural drawing independently.
Full-time site-based position

Experience working with China Contractors is an advantage.
Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
