INSPECTOR OF WORK – MECHANICAL - Bintulu
The Inspector of Work – Mechanical shall supervise and inspect all mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing 
and fire protection works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and 
statutory requirements.
Supervise installation of HVAC systems.
Monitor plumbing and drainage works.
Oversee fire protection system installation.
Review mechanical shop drawings and material submissions.
Inspect equipment installation (Chillers, pumps, AHUs etc)
Witness testing and commissioning activities.
Ensure coordination with structural and architectural works.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Age preferably between 35-45 years old
Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP experience.
Experience in residential or mixed developments preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
Full-time site-based position

Competencies:
Strong coordination skills across disciplines.
Familiar with testing and commissioning procedures.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural project environment.
Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
