Job Description
Implement and enforce the HSSE Plan, Rules, Procedures and Site Instruction
Implement and enforce the Emergency Management and Response Plan
Organize and conduct HSSE training
Organize and conduct HSSE Inspections and audits
Facilitate incident investigation
Enforce compliance with requirements of project HSSE legal register
Monitor, compile and analyze HSSE statistics and recommend intervention plans
Conduct HSSE promotions and campaigns
Perform the duty of Safety and Health Officer as per OSHA 1997, Regulation 18. Duties of safety and health officer.
Requirement
Registered with DOSH as Safety and Health Officer with Green Book as per OHSA 1994, 
Safety and Health Officer) Regulations 1997, Part II.
Preferable with bachelor's degree or higher with further training and qualifications in OSH Management.
At least 5 years' experience in project related to construction health and safety training and audits.
Malaysian citizen.
