Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of construction projects from inception to completion
Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or risks in a timely manner
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Ensure projects adhere to all relevant safety, quality and environmental standards
Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for management
Requirement
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects within time and budget constraints
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and safety regulations
Proficient in the use of project management software and digital tools
