
HR EXECUTIVE - Kuching (HQ)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for a full spectrum of HR and administrative-related activities.
Handle payroll processing and administration, which includes monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA Form, and filing of Form E.
Manage statutory contributions and payments to KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
To monitor employees, leave and attendance, probationary employees, and conducting job appraisals for employment confirmation.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate new employee on boarding, including paperwork.
Prepare a letter about staff movement (employment, confirmation, resignation acceptance, etc)
Assist in the training and development programs. Ensure the grant submission, training nomination forms submission before training, and training evaluation forms submission after post-training.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with employment standards.
Assist in other (ad hoc) duties and reporting as may be required by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
At least a Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
At least three (3) Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledgeable of the Employment Act, Labor Laws, and other related laws and regulations.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
