Responsibilities:
Project costing and material estimates needed for construction projects, draw up Project 
budgets and work alongside a team, noting any design changes and their effect on costing.
To ensure construction projects are financially viable, well-planned and executed within 
budget and time constraints.
To collaborate and coordinate with project manager & team, contractors and other 
stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and completion of projects involved.

Qualifications:
Possesses minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years' work experience in 
civil, infrastructure & building works, specifically in high-rise building, and have good technical 
knowledge.
Candidate with Diploma in civil engineering but interested in QS works is encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel, must have knowledge of Computer Aided 
Design (CAD) software.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Possesses own transportation.
Preferably Chinese.
