Responsibilities:
To perform book-keeping and finance related tasks.
To assist in account management and financial record maintenance.
To handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation and office coordination.
To manage office supplies and liaise with vendors.
To provide support to ad-hoc related tasks as and when necessary/required.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fields.
Minimum 1 - 2 years of administration & accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel, Experience using SQL accounting system.
Basic knowledge of accounting data entry and administrative processes.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Possesses own transportation.
Preferably Chinese.
