HR ASSISTANT

Based in Kuching, Sarawak

Responsibilities:
To maintance accurate HR records, employment documentation and personnel files.
To manage leave, timesheets and payroll-related administrative support.
To Assist with foreign worker's working visa application and renewal.
To assist in handling employee issues, grievances and disciplinary matters.
To provide support to ad-hoc related tasks as and when necessary/required.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fields.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or Administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Possesses own transportation.
Preferably Chinese.

2. ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (Kuching, Sarawak), Diploma in Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, Minimum 1 - 2 years of administration & accounting experience, To perform book-keeping and finance related tasks, Experience using SQL accounting system, Preferably Chinese
3. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kuching, Sarawak), Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years' work experience, Project costing and material estimates, Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel, must have knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, Preferably Chinese
