TECHNICIAN

TECHNICIAN (ABELL ROAD, KUCHING SARAWAK)
Salary : (RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00)
Responsibilities :
Carry out after sales servicing to vehicle as per operating procedures of principal.
Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle as per customers report.
Prepare parts requisition as required.
Prepare documentations related to warranty, repair, tools, and sparts.
Educate & advise customer on vehicle usage and maintenance.
Proper handling of working tools.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Support service advisors and workshop operations when needed.
Other assignment related to work centre from time to time.

Requirements :
Minimum certificate level in automotive/mechanical engineering studies.
Strong interest in learning about Electric Vehicles (EV) or experience in servicing EV cars is highly preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in automotive repair (experience with continental cars is an advantage)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented
Possess valid driving license (D)
