AFTER SALES SERVICE ADVISOR

AFTER SALES SERVICE ADVISOR (ABELL ROAD, KUCHING SARAWAK.)
Salary : (RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00)
Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and after-sales support.
To identify vehicle service needs, and provide accurate information on service options, costs, and time estimates.
Coordinate and communicate with technicians to ensure accurate vehicle diagnosis and repair.
Prepare and follow up on service quotations, job orders, and invoices.
Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints professionally.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Monitor service progress and perform quality checks on completed work before vehicle delivery.
Contribute to after-sales targets by promoting service packages, accessories, and maintenance programs.

Requirement :
Minimum Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of working experience in the automotive service industry.
Strong interest in learning about Electric Vehicles (EV) or experience in servicing EV cars is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess a valid driving license.

Education :
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience :
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
