SALES ADVISOR (ABELL ROAD, KUCHING SARAWAK)
Salary : (RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00)
Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and handle sales enquiries professionally.
Present and explain product features, specifications, and pricing for new cars and EV models.
Present and demonstrate vehicles clearly, highlighting key features to engage and attract buyers.
Conduct test drives with customers and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Prepare and present quotations, trade-in evaluations, and financing options.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales and meet monthly targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all car models and EV vehicles, including features, safety systems, technology, and warranty.
Provide accurate comparison with competitor models when needed.
Arrange and lead test drives to provide an excellent customer experience.
Work closely with marketing, finance, and service teams for smooth customer service.
Handle booking, invoicing, loan/finance applications, and registration documentation.
Provide a positive purchase experience and maintain strong customer relationships.
Participate in showroom events, roadshows, test drive campaigns, and digital promotions.
Assist in creating content or posting sales promotions on social media (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
Keep the showroom vehicles clean, presentable, and updated with correct price tags.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience in automotive sales (preferably new cars or EV) is a strong advantage.
Clean, polished, and professional appearance at all times.
Self-driven and able to work independently and with the team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Possess a valid driving license (Class D).
Comfortable and confident being on camera during promotions or online content.
Own transport and a valid driving license.
