ARCHITECT CUM INTERIOR DESIGNER

Job description Responsibilities 

• Interacting with clients to help realize their ideas and requirements
• Developing design concepts, layouts, and material selection
• Preparing 2D and 3D layouts as well as renderings for visualization and presentation to clients
• Producing detailed drawings and specifications for construction/fabrication
• Coordinating with the internal design team throughout the project
• Liaising with any external parties involved with the project
• Other relevant duties as assigned by the management

Requirement: 

• Bachelor of Architecture, or relevant degree
• Prior relevant work experience in small to mid-scale projects is an advantage
• Basic ability to use 2D and 3D software including but not limited to AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop
• Proficiency in the English language
