Job description Responsibilities
- Able to handle the full set of accounts.
- Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
- Presenting data and financial reports to management.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Experience in construction and development accounts is an added advantage
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English very well. Mandarin spoken can be an advantage.
